Laughter Yoga Workshop

Participants simulate laughter as a form of physical exercise via stretching, breathing, clapping and chanting. Sessions end with a relaxation exercise or meditation. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a playful attitude. Students can sign up for more than one session.
