High School Equivalency Program Receives Funding

The UNM College Enrichment and Outreach Programs was recently awarded approximately $2,222,955 in funding from the U.S. Department of Education for a five-year term for the High School Equivalency Program (HEP). Funding for this new grant begins July 1, 2012.

UNM Signs STEM Articles of Agreement with CNM

The University of New Mexico and the Central New Mexico College met on Tuesday, June 12 on the UNM campus to sign three cooperative agreements: a Biology Transfer Degree Agreement, a Data Analyst Agreement, and an Articulation Analyst Agreement.

Student Support Services Now Accepting Applications

Applications are currently being sought by the UNM Student Support Services (SSS) ?TriO program for its 2012-2013 cohort. SSS is a federally funded program at the UNM whose mission is to provide resources and services to help first-generation college students from moderate and low-income families succeed in college. Applications are available at http://ceop.unm.edu/sss/documents/2012_2013_SSS_UNM_Application.pdf with a priority deadline of July 13 for the 2012-2013 co-hort.
