Student Affairs to Host Annual Holiday Giving Drive

The UNM Division of Student Affairs will once again be hosting a Holiday Giving Drive to benefit CLNKids which will run December 4-18.  CLNKids is an organization whose goal is to help homeless children and their families with immediate needs including a place to live, food, and the skills necessary to get back on their feet and stay there.  They provide high quality early childhood education as well as job-training, life-skills training and other educational resources to put them on the path to self-sufficiency.  

Some of the items on their wish list include

  • new underwear (size 2T-5 years)
  • toilet paper
  • paper towels
  • art supplies including construction paper, glue sticks, washable markers and paint
  • passes to the zoo, museums and aquariums
  • educational books
  • small cereal boxes
  • peanut butter
  • cereal bars
  • diapers (size 3, 4 5 & 6)
  • diaper wipes
  • laundry detergent
  • shampoo
  • conditioner
  • lotion
  • women's deodorant
  • sanitary products
  • household cleaning products
  • cash donations
