NM Association of Student Affairs Professionals (NMASAP) To Host Annual Conference

The New Mexico Association of Student Affairs Professionals (NMASAP) will once again hold it's Statewide Symposium on Thursday and Friday, Nov. 10-11.  This year's theme Re-Imagining Student Affairs, features topics including inspiring creativity and creative solutions; building strategic collaborations, motivating change through positive attitudes and actions; taking a holistic approach to serving students; and crafting a vision for the future of Student Affairs. 

Today’s college students’ needs are more diverse than ever in the history of higher education. We invite you to participate in the 2011 New Mexico Student Affairs Symposium to share and gain knowledge to increase the recruitment and retention of your students.  Keynote speakers include David Longanecker, president of the Western Interstate Commission for Higher Education (WICHE); Ann Rhoades, MBA, President of People Ink, a human resources consulting company; and NM Senator Michael S. Sanchez, Senate Majority Leader and original sponsor of the state lottery scholarship fund. Professional registration is $150, student registration is $75.
