LIFE Program to Host Presentations on April 30

The Leading Innovation for Education (LIFE) professional development program will be doing their final presentations on Thursday, April 30 from 9 to 11 a.m. in the CEOP-Outreach Computer Lab. LIFE is a collaboration between the Office of the Associate Vice President for Student Services (AVPSS) and Employee and Organizational Development (EOD). The main purpose for implementing the LIFE program was to develop young Student Affairs professionals to grow into future leaders, excellent employees who fully understand and believe in providing students and fellow staff members with the support needed to be successful. The LIFE program was piloted from 2014-2015 with leaders representing 7 different departments including Accessibility Resource Center, American Indian Student Services, College Assistance Migrant Program, High School Equivalency Program, Recreational Services, STEM Collaborative and Upward Bound.
The program includes a welcome by Dr. Tim Gutierrez, Associate Vice President for Student Services, and a talk from Dr.Eliseo Torres, Vice President for Student Affairs. Please plan to stop by if you can.
