UNM Children’s Campus Preparing for Phased Reopening

The UNM Children’s Campus is preparing for a phased re-opening beginning on Monday, June 15. Precautions are being taken not only to remain in compliance with NM Childcare Licensing but also in an effort to do everything possible to keep everyone safe and minimize the spread of the virus. ACOVID-19 protocols are being followed and all staff have been tested with results expected by Friday.
The first phase beginning on June 15 will only be open for children currently enrolled in the preschool programs and school-age classrooms. Additionally, the Kindergarten Jump Start Program will officially kick off that day.
Phase two begins on Monday, June 22 and will include children currently enrolled in the infant and toddler classrooms.
The Children’s Campus hours have been reduced an hour and will now be open Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. to 4:30 and Fridays they will close at 12:30 to take extra time for extra sanitization of the Campus.
