Join the Division of Student Affairs and the Student Affairs Leadership Interns as we collaborate with Career Services to celebrate Careers in Student Affairs Month. As part of the celebration, Student Affairs will deliver a special token of appreciation to student employees in recognition of their hard work, contributions and impact on our campus community.

Each October, the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) celebrates Careers in Student Affairs Month (CSAM)—a month-long initiative dedicated to the celebration of a career in student affairs, education and awareness in the profession, and engagement with professional associations and peers in the field.

  • Celebrate the field through opportunities to reflect on individual journeys and experiences
  • Provide professional development for student affairs administrators in higher education
  • Encourage and promote the profession to grow the field of student affairs
  • Cultivate spaces for dialogue related to pertinent topics within student affairs.
