Jim Fisher Fund for Training and Education in Student Media

Jim Fisher was an advocate for students for more than 30 years at Student Publications. He defended students’ rights and editorial freedoms at the Daily Lobo and provided insight and support for students of all departments and publications. This fund is to provide continued education and training for students at Student Publications, so that students continue to learn fundamental skills as well as dynamic new tools for emerging digital media.
