Greek Week 2023

UNM's 22 Fraternities and Sororities are preparing for Greek Week 2023, an annual week-long event to raise funds and awareness for a local non-profit and promote friendly competition amongst chapters. This year, all proceeds from Greek Week will be going to Crossroads for Women of Albuquerque.

UNM to Host Annual BeKind UNM Week in February

The University of New Mexico BeKind UNM committee is excited to once again celebrate and promote kindness during the annual BeKind UNM Week, Feb. 13-17. The committee has been hosting the annual week of events for over 15 years either in person or virtually during the pandemic.  This year’s celebration features the popular Kindness Carnival, two opportunities to participate in the Teddy Bear Toss during a men’s or women’s Lobo basketball game, and the chance to help fellow Lobos by donating to the Lobo Food Pantry. The celebration kicks off with the Lobo Men’s basketball game on Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 8 p.m. at University Dreamstyle Arena (a.k.a. The Pit). Fans are encouraged to bring a NEW stuffed animal and participate in the Teddy Bear Toss during half time. Fans aim at targets on the court for the chance to be entered into a drawing for one of our grand prizes.
